We understand that Personal Care can be a highly sensitive area and possibly make you feel uneasy if it’s not handled with consideration and respect. Our care workers are highly trained to ensure that they will always deliver personal care with the upmost kindness and sensitivity, remembering your Right to Respect every time.

• Information to ensure you’re receiving the care and support you need

In a COVID world, it also plays a vital role in supporting infection control measures as carers don’t use clients phones’ to login and office staff don’t have to visit to collect paperwork.

We’re proud to have partnered with people planner, an innovative care technology that enables us to digitally log, track and monitor the support we provide.

The people planner App makes it easier for clients or family members to have full visibility at any time of how our care is being delivered. Safeguards are in place to protect data and prevent unauthorised access.
