We charge 50p for all items (children’s, adults and bedding). Please be advised that we would quote for larger items like tablecloths, curtains separately. You can bring them into the shop and we will quote individually for each item. 

We do offer a free collection and delivery service for Rugeley and the surrounding area. We have regular clients in all the surrounding areas, villages so we would advise you on the day that the driver is collecting / delivering to help keep costs down.  If you decide on the day and time and we will collect your clothes, (from your work or home) and return them a few days later, beautifully ironed and on hangers or folded if appropriate.

We always try to ensure that everyone's ironing is delivered back to them within 24hrs - 36hrs of collection. For example if we collect on Monday evening we would look to deliverer back on Wednesday Evening. Alternatively you can visit us in person and collect your ironing from our shop on Upper Brook Street, Rugeley Town Centre.

If you urgently need your ironing back within a certain timeframe please advise the team and they will endeavour to ensure that it is completed for you. 

We always send out our cleaners in pairs for health & safety and efficiency. If you booked a 2hr clean for example our cleaners would be with you for 1hr as they are both working an 1hr each amounting to the 2hrs booked. 

If you prefer not to have a team of two please advise at the point of booking, and we will do our best to try and accommodate this.

We do offer a cleaning service for Rugeley and the surrounding area. We have regular clients in all the surrounding areas, villages so we would advise you on the day that the cleaning team are in your area to help keep costs down.  If you decide on the day and time that works best for you we will try to accommodate that. Once a cleaning slot has been allocated we will look to make that the same time for you each week (other than if you needed to change it).
