To all Cherishers Customers,
Firstly , we would like to thank all of our customers for using our services as a charitable community interest company your business enables us to make a significant impact in the community in which we operate.
We are writing to you to advise that after much deliberation, we at Cherishers have deemed it necessary to adjust our rates in order to keep pace with inflation, increase in employment, energy and travel costs. Beginning 1st May, 2022, we will be increasing our rates as follows:
- Cleaning Hourly Rate: £15 per hour
- Home Care Week Rate: £20 per hour
- Home Care Weekend Rate: £21.50 per hour
- Home Care Bank Holiday Rate: £23 per hour
Due to the raising costs that we are all experiencing we simply cannot afford to offer the current service at the rate we are presently charging. This was a tough decision to make, and we understand how it affects our customers. We have however decided not to increase our ironing and befriending rates even though our energy, fuel and supplier costs have doubled over the past few months.
